About Our Convenient Storage

Storage Cresson storage opened in 2018 for Hood county including the Cresson and Granbury neighborhoods. We are located just down the road from the HEB Grocery in Granbury. Our property can be accessed 7 days a week for your convenience. The manager is available on-site at our storage property by appointment and after hours by phone to help you with your storage needs. What makes Storage Cresson fun and unique is partly attributed to the owner and manager – Dennis Butler, an Entrepreneur from Dallas with ties to Hood county since his childhood when he used to visit on the weekends with his lifelong friend Jeff Benson. In the late 90’s Dennis and Jeff with his wife Jamie decided to build the Driftwood Theatre 6 at Lake Granbury. The Granbury theatre was developed from the ground up and opened to great fanfare in November 1999. During the summer of 2001, the 3 person team devised its Movie Tavern concept and opened the Ridgmar Movie Tavern in Fort Worth. Following its success, they opened more theatres. Butler along with the Bensons and their investors eventually sold their interests in Movie Tavern in 2008. Butler and his partner still own the land and theatre buildings in Granbury and Marble Falls and now lease to Showbiz Cinemas.

Butler is now an investor and active shareholder with the Bensons in Cinergy Cinemas Entertainment. Cinergy owns and operates a number of FEC (Family Entertainment Centers) which are state of the art complexes offering not only movies but other activities such as games, restaurants, ropes courses, laser tag, and bowling to name a few. Cinergy owns one FEC in Copperas Cove and has recently built a ground-up 8 screen theatre FEC located in Midland and opened another FEC in Odessa and is opening in Amarillo next.
